Privacy notice
This website is deliberately simple: it has no forms, no user accounts, no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. No content is loaded from third-party servers. Personal data is therefore processed only to the extent unavoidable for technical operation.

Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in data centres within the European Union; no transfer to third countries takes place. Hetzner processes the data arising when the site is accessed solely on our behalf and is contractually bound to comply with the GDPR (processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR).
Server log files
When you open a page, your browser transmits technically necessary data which the web server records:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- address requested and volume of data transferred
- server status code
- browser type and operating system, where transmitted
This data serves solely to operate and secure the website against attacks. It is not combined with other data, not analysed to identify individuals, and not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics services, no advertising networks, no social media components and no third-party embeds. Your behaviour on the site is neither recorded nor analysed. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Settings stored in your browser
The website remembers two settings in your browser’s local storage (localStorage): your choice of light or dark appearance and the language you last selected. Only these two values are stored. They remain on your device, are not transmitted to us or to third parties, and allow no conclusions about your identity. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
Fonts
The typeface used is served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider; your IP address is not transmitted to any third party.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details solely in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep such messages for as long as needed to deal with the matter and delete them once the occasion has passed and no statutory retention periods apply.
Links to other websites
This website links in places to external sites, for example refugiotinti.com. Data is transmitted to the respective provider only once you click such a link. We are not responsible for their content or data processing; their own privacy terms apply there.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we hold about you, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. Please write to the address given above.
